Cancellation Policy
1. Ordering Concrete Ordering concrete is the clients responsibility. You MUST tell the concrete plant you are using a line pump and request 2" aggregate - pumpable mix. Failure to order 2" aggregate - pumpable mix may result in a minimum hire charge and cancellation of service. 2. Minimum Hire Charge All bookings are subject to a four (4) hour minimum charge, regardless of the actual time spent on site. 3. Cancellations Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled booking time. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the booking may incur the full minimum hire charge. Rescheduling is subject to availability. 4. Site Requirements The client is responsible for ensuring the following are available on site: Adequate water supply for priming and cleaning the pump. If not, our water truck service will be required ($400). A suitable and approved washout area/location for concrete waste. Safe and clear access for pump setup and operation. Failure to provide these requirements may result in delays, additional charges, or cancellation of service. 5. Site Access & Safety The client must ensure: Clear and stable access for heavy vehicles. A safe working environment free from hazards. All necessary permits (if required) are obtained prior to the booking date.
